ANSWER
1. Why does it indicate $0.00 for shipping?
Answer:If your total for shipping has come up with a "0" result. We will calculate shipping fees according to your shipping addresss and call you.
2. How long does it take to process my order after I submit it?
Answer:Your order will be processed within 24 hours if it is placed Monday - Thursday.
3. What happens to my order when I submit it after hours and what are your hours?
Answer:Your order will be received on the next business day.
Our hours are Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM (PST - Pacific Standard Time)
4. Will I get a confirmation number after I submit my order?
Answer:Yes, and you will receive a phone call to give shipping price and to make sure the product you ordered is the same product number. Please retain this information for your records.
5. How do I know my order was received?
Answer:If you see the "Order Confirmation" page your order has been submitted successfully.
6. What credit cards do you accept?
Answer:Visa, Mastercard and American Express
7. Is it quicker to order online or over the phone?
Answer:If you have access to a computer it is quicker to order online. Our phone lines are very busy and you may spend some time on hold.
8. Do I pay taxes if I am out of the state of California?
Answer:No
9. What is a V-Code and where do I find it?
Answer:The V-Code is a three digit number used to validate the ownership of your credit card. It is located on the back of your credit card after your account number.
10. Is there free shipping?
Answer:No - If you get a $0.00 result for your shipping amount, you have ordered over 150 pounds or multiple items and require a rate quote. We will call you with your shipping total shipping fees before we process your order.
