1.How much is shipping?
Answer:When you decide on an item to purchase, click on the "buy now" button and the shipping price will not be displayed. If you get an amount of $0.00 this does not mean "free shipping". It means that we will need to call a freight company for a rate quote and call you back with the shipping price. WE DO NOT OFFER FREE SHIPPING FOR ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS.
2. Can I pick up my item(s)?
Answer:Yes, please indicate on the order form that you will pick up item(s) and we will have them ready for you when you get here.Please call in advanced to check availability and let us know when you will come.Ask for a work order number.
3. When will my unit be shipped to me?
Answer:Expect 3-7 business days
4. What do I do if I want my item shipped quicker?

5. Will I get a tracking number?
Answer:Yes, upon request you need to call in for tracking number.
